The fastest way to log a day of trading is to send the broker statement. Seferu reads every trade with its costs, shows you what it found and only logs after you confirm.
#Where to send it
- Seferu Intelligence in the app: attach the file in the chat box on the Overview
- WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage, once connected
#What you can send
- Broker statement (PDF): the trades of the day with fees and withholding tax
- Screenshot of a trade or of your platform's order history
Files up to 25 MB.
#How it works
- Send the file, with or without a message like "log these trades"
- Seferu reads it and lists the trades it found: symbol, side, quantity, prices, fees and result
- Check the list. Ask for corrections if something is off ("the second one was 3 contracts")
- Confirm, and the trades are logged in the Journal
Nothing is saved without your confirmation.
#Where the file goes
The file itself is kept in the Vault, so you can find the statement later. Receipts and invoices sent by chat go to the Inbox, and chart screenshots go to Seferu Intelligence for analysis.
#Good to know
- Emailing or uploading a statement to the Inbox stores and links the document, but doesn't log trades. Use the chat for that
- Imported trades go to your default account unless you tell Seferu which account they belong to
- Seferu does the reading, you do the checking: always review the list before confirming
