Backtest, what-if and replay

Before changing your rules, see what they would have done. Backtest brings three ways to test an idea.

What-if on your history

Seferu replays the trades you logged with new rules, like a daily stop, a max number of trades or no trading after a time, and puts What happened next to With the new rules: net result, win rate, max drawdown, expectancy and both equity curves. It also lists each trade you wouldn't have taken and why. It works with any market, because it uses your own trades.

Automatic strategy

Start from a template, like opening range breakout or moving average cross, or describe the strategy in words and Seferu builds it. Set the symbol, timeframe, stop, target and size, and run it on historical data. Save the test as a session with notes.

Replay

Pick a symbol and a moment in the past. Replay hides everything after it, so you practice reading the chart and buying or selling bar by bar as if it were live. Replay trades are simulated and never go to your journal.

Good to know

Historical market data is available today for crypto. B3, US futures and stocks, and forex are coming soon. Backtests are hypothetical and not a recommendation: past results don't guarantee future results.
